ABOUT Edu Connect

Sharing ideas and learning are deeply human experiences that bring us together — as individuals, as communities, and as societies.

That’s why we built EdXChange. We connect a network of educators — teachers, administrators, and academics — focused on understanding, supporting, and advancing the practice of learner-focused education around the world.

Every other week, we invite you to match with a peer who’s thinking about similar challenges. We create space for honest discussions that go beyond classroom tips to uncover new ways to teach, lead, learn, and thrive.

Our goal is to connect people around the world for candid 1:1 conversations, the kind that build trust, spark ideas, and lead to practical innovation.

Introducing you for 1:1 conversations that build trust, spark ideas, and bring new perspectives for practical innovation.

1. Create Your Profile 2. Match-Round Invitation 3. Build The Relationship 4. Have A Great Talk 5. Reflect and Grow

STEP 1: CREATE YOUR PROFILE

Share a bit about yourself — background, preferences, goals, and interests.

STEP 2: MATCH-ROUND INVITATION

Every other week, we’ll ask if you’d like to meet another person from the network. Responding takes <1 minute.

STEP 3: BUILD THE RELATIONSHIP

We’ll pair you with another parent, introduce you, and schedule a 1:1 conversation at a time you’re both free.

STEP 5: REFLECT AND GROW

You share feedback. The system learns and improves, surfacing new insight and opportunities for deeper impact.

STEP 4: HAVE A GREAT TALK

Just show up and connect — no agenda, all open conversation.

WHY Edu Connect

In education, problems are complex, resources are limited, and solutions rarely come from a single source.

We believe change starts when people connect.

Most professional networks talk at educators. We connect you to each other for real-world discussions.

With EdXChange, ideas in learner-focused education don’t just circulate. They evolve — sometimes in small ways, sometimes radically. Each conversation you have deepens understanding, surfaces new ideas, and opens up a world of networks and resources.

Together, we’re shaping schools — and the future — through curiosity, understanding, and collaboration.

What to expect.

  • Turn every peer conversation into a moment of growth. Share insights, trusted resources, and real-world experience that improve your classroom, institution, and community today — and help you shape tomorrow.

  • Grow confidence through connection. In 1:1 conversations that inspire rather than overwhelm, you’re seen, understood, and valued by people who know your work.

Each connection reinforces your instincts and reminds you that you’re not alone.

  • Innovation through collaboration. Through meaningful one-on-one conversations, EdXChange accelerates the spread of new ideas, useful resources, and proven practices in learner-focused education.

Innovation becomes collaborative and global, helping great ideas expand from one classroom to many — and the world.

  • Sharing meaningful experience.

When educators learn from and with each other, we gain confidence, purpose, and joy — strengthening our classrooms, our schools, and the communities we serve. Our 1:1 connections bridge regions, demographics, and systems to draw out the unexpected insights and resources that inspire lasting change.

OUR VISION.

At Edu Connect, we believe great things happen when we learn from and with each other. This is why learner-focused education is so important.

This is our goal: To plant the seeds of insight, learning, and change by connecting people who wouldn’t otherwise have an opportunity to know each other.

These unexpected conversations lead to insight, shared confidence, purpose, and joy. That, in turn, strengthens our classrooms, our schools, and the communities that learning holds together.
